  1. In a 6 quart pan over medium heat melt Butter with Garlic.
  2. Add flour mix in thoroughly let it come to a nutty brown color stir continuously. This will burn easily.
  3. Add Mustard, Beer, & Worcestershire Sauce mix well. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cheese slowly while stirring once thoroughly melted serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

Have cheese left over? Use it for a base for Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Just add Beef Broth.
