Mimi’s Ham & Cheese Beer Soft Pretzel Bites
A wonderful treat to break the boring food blues. The Lusty Monk settles down its fiery punch when baked giving great depth of flavor in this dish

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 450
  2. Mix Mimi’s Beer Soft Pretzel Mix with warm beer (until dough is stretchy & smooth). Let Sit for 30 min.
  3. Roll out dough on floured surface to for a thin rectangle ( about 1/4 in thick)
  4. Spread dough with about 4 tablespoons Lusty Monk Mustard.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Ashe Co. Redneck Romano over mustard.
  6. Layer Ninja Cow Farm Deli Ham over cheese.
  7. Roll Rectangle to form a log. Slice into 1/2 in slices an place on a greased pan. Lay slices on their side.
  8. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes ( until the soft pretzel is light brown and the cheese is melted)
  9. Serve Warm
