Hickory Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
  1. Remove meat from fridge 1 hour prior to cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 F degrees .
  3. Heat a cast iron ( or heavy bottomed pan) on medium heat until smoking.
  4. Season pork with Salt & Pepper
  5. Place in Cast Iron skillet turn sides every 2 minutes
  6. Once seared on all sides remove from pan and place on a sheet pan lined with foil
  7. Combine remaining ingredients pour over tenderloin, make sure all sides are coated.
  8. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes depending on desired doneness level and size of tenderloin. I prefer mine medium.
  9. Turn on broiler the broiler for an additional 2 minutes to set the glaze
  10. Remove from oven rest for 7 minutes, Slice 1/4″ thick & serve

Hubby insisted there be no leftovers he loved this dish so much.

Drizzle a bit of the glaze over the meat for added flavor.
